Trump Airplane

The Boeing 757-200 is registered in the United States as N757AF and was built in 1991. It was originally delivered to Denmark's Sterling Airlines and by 1993 was operated by Mexico's TAESA. In 1995, it became a corporate jet for Paul Allen's enterprises. Trump's DJT Operations I LLC bought the plane in 2011.

The plane is 155 feet long with a wingspan of 124 feet, and height of 44.5 feet. The fuel capacity is 11,489 gallons providing a range of 4,500 miles. Maximum altitude is 40,000 feet. Cruising speed is 528 mph, with max of 570 mph.

The aircraft has two Rolls-Royce RB211 turbofan engines and is configured to seat 43 people. It has a dining room, bathroom, shower, bedroom, guest room, and galley. Many fixtures are plated in 24k gold.

The big jet dubbed ‘Trump Force One’ got a new look, as Landlock Aviation repainted the plane in Lake Charles, LA.

A Boeing 757 was out of commission after he took office in 2016, when it was used as he campaigned that election

It took a crew of about 40 people a little over a month to complete the project.

This was a little bit different and unique because of the timeline and customer requirements,” Grenzebach said. “So, we did what we call scuff sanding. That helped because we had a base to start with and then we primed, laid out for all the colors and painted all the unique colors you see on the aircraft.”

He said the paint job is every bit flawless. Stand out features on the craft include polished shiny aluminum edges, the big American flag on vertical of the plane, and the specialized gold-metallic Trump logo.

“As it turns out, it’s the nicest 757 Landlock aviation has ever painted, and one of the best aircrafts I’ve painted in my 28 year career,” Grenzebach said.
