The grave of Norman Rockwell is located on the west side of the north edge of Stockbridge Cemetery. The grave is almost completely enclosed by hedges with an opening on the south side. The granite family headstone is inscribed ROCKWELL on the front.

On the back are the names and dates of Norman Rockwell and his second and third wives.

In the back of the family plot, Norman Rockwell's grave is marked, at ground level, with a rectangular granite stone marker. It is inscribed NORMAN ROCKWELL.
