Terri was born on March 28, 1953 in Plymouth, Wisconsin. She grew up in Milwaukee and in 1971 the family moved to Cedarburg, Wisconsin where she finished high school. The following year she began to work at Milwaukee Mutual Insurance. On October 21, 1972, Terri met Mark Krueger and on September 28, 1974 they were married.

Early in 1975, Terri and Mark moved to Texas and on September 12, 1978, they were blessed with twin daughters, Kelly & Tracy. Nine years later they were blessed with a son, Bradley. In early 1987, Terri, Mark and their family moved to California where Mark ran a Vermeer Equipment Dealership and Terri continued to raise their family. In late 1989, the family returned to Texas.

Over the next 29 years Terri saw her daughters and son happily married and she was blessed with four grandchildren.
