Potato Salad
1. Start by putting about 8 eggs on the stove to cook. Bring to boil and then let sit in the hot water about 12 minutes. 2. Meanwhile peel and cut up some potatoes and boil (about 5 minutes). 3. During that time, I cut up some onions, radishes, celery maybe a mini pepper in a bowl. 4. Then add salt, black pepper, dash of lemon juice, maybe yellow mustard, and a little horseradish sauce, and mayonnaise. 5. Drain the eggs and potatoes, cool with cold water, add potatoes to bowl. 6. Finally remove the eggshells, cut up and add to bowl. 7. Stir, add some more salt to taste. 8. Refrigerate. |
