Chicken salad
1. In a pot, boil about 2 pounds of chicken breast. Remove from pot and set aside to cool. 2. In a large bowl, quarter about a cup of red seedless grapes. 3. Add about-3 diced Gala apples. 4. Add about ½ cup sliced almonds. 5. Add a couple spoons of lemon juice. 6. Slice up a stalk of celery, a little parsley, maybe some tarragon and some mustard (all optional). 7. Add a cup of mayonnaise. 8. Dice the cooked chicken breast and add to the bowl. 9. Stir together and add salt and pepper to taste. 10. Place in refrigerator for an hour or 2. 11. Serve on favorite bread or bun with some Lettice.
