Cabbage and Pork
1. Cut up pork stake into little chunks. Start cooking in a large enough pot. 2. Add some caraway (aids digestion), and some salt. 3. Cut up cabbage. 4. Cut up onion and add to frying pan with some oil. 5. Cook for a few minutes and add paprika. 6. Stir and cook until color turns brown. 7. Add fried onion and paprika to the pot with the pork. 8. Cook and stir several minutes. 9. Add the cabbage. 10. Stir and simmer until cabbage shrinks down (30-45 minutes). 11. Add some vinegar and salt to taste. |
