Breaded pan fish
For about 6 pieces of fish – two servings 1. In a zip bag, add ½ package of fish batter mix and a ½ cup of Italian style breadcrumbs and a ¼ cup parmesan cheese. 2. Add some milk and an egg to a small bowl and swish together. 3. Start preheating a large frying pan with ¼ inch of oil. 4. Bath fresh fish filets in the bowl containing the milk and egg. 5. Add the coated fish pieces to zip bag and shake and roll till well covered. 6. Drop the breaded fish parts from the zip bag into preheated frying pan. 7. Cook about 2-3 minutes. 8. Prepare a plate with a couple layer of paper towel. 9. Turn the fish pieces over and cook another 2-3 minutes – till brown and crisp. 10. Remove fish from frying pan and place on paper towel to absorb some of the cooking oil. |
